AI & Automation Consultant, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer
Satish K C is an AI and automation consultant based in Houston, Texas. He designs and ships production AI systems: retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, agentic orchestration, voice AI agents and cross-system workflow automation. His practice is deliberately end-to-end, covering problem framing, data pipelines, model and prompt design, evaluation, deployment and ongoing monitoring.
He holds an MS in Data Science with a Machine Learning and AI specialization from the University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky, completed with a 4.0 GPA, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Pulchowk Campus, Tribhuvan University in Nepal, awarded with distinction. His peer-reviewed paper, An Empirical Study and Performance Analysis of Multi-Server Queuing Models, appears in the International Journal of Education and Management Engineering.
Professionally he has worked as an AI and automation consultant at Bridgital, as a generative AI intern at Hartsfield & Associates PLLC in Houston where he delivered a legal RAG system reaching 91 percent Recall@5 and a 37 percent reduction in hallucination rate across roughly 80,000 pages of source material, and as a machine learning engineer at Bitpoint in Kathmandu. He is currently an AI engineer working in public education technology.
He is the founder of Kravhal, an Agents-as-a-Service platform that deploys AI agents into small business operations with pay-per-outcome pricing and more than 40 system integrations. He also writes the AI & Automation Chronicle, a weekly research review that translates current AI papers and frameworks into practitioner guidance.
